WHO WE ARE

WITH J is a small UK-based organisation dedicated to offering tailored, creative activity programmes for individuals of all ages with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Our mission is to support every participant in expressing their unique personality and abilities, while enjoying meaningful and fulfilling experiences.

Based in London and serving surrounding areas, we provide visiting, on-site activities for individuals of all ages. We bring sessions such as painting, crafting, baking and cooking, sensory play, and live music performances directly to participants' homes or supported living environments. We currently deliver these programmes for several branches of Choice Support in the Sutton, Carshalton, and Merton regions.

We are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment within the participants' own living spaces, where they can feel comfortable expressing themselves freely.

Jin – Founder & Lead Instructor

After graduating from the École de la Chambre Syndicale de la Couture Parisienne (now IFM) in 2003, she gained professional experience at various fashion companies in France and South Korea.

She moved to the UK in 2006, where she began her teaching career by providing private tutoring for fashion students. This laid the foundation for over 15 years of extensive teaching and tutoring experience. Since 2017, she has dedicated herself to supporting adults with learning disabilities, gaining five years of invaluable hands-on experience as a support worker.

Beyond her professional roles, she served as Deputy Director at the Korean Culture and Art Centre in New Malden from September 2021 to July 2022 and remains an active member of the Korean Society Health Coach Team.

In 2022, building on her creative background and her deep commitment to the community, she founded With J LTD (WithJ Activities). Her mission is to share happy moments and diverse experiences with adults with learning disabilities through tailored activity programmes, including specialised arts and crafts sessions and a variety of engaging community services.
